It seems everywhere I go I see the revival of the Doc Marten, Nirvana praising tees and the much too common oversized flannel. I’ve heard the saying trends always come back in style, so it’s not surprising we are living in a modern day 90’s. And I’m definitely guilty over having a grunge crazed phase. I guess it’s just the vintage feel of the clothes, and the fact that they are simple and look effortless. I’ve been coming increasingly aware that my closet it being over filled with vintage sweaters and countless pairs of floral Doc Martens. And need I say denim? From vests, jackets and shirts I’m a denim hoarder. Although I consider myself a nonconformist I’m obviously guilty of “hopping on the bandwagon” of the 90’s rewind. I guess being a 90’s baby wasn’t enough.

Let's Be Blunt
Although it’s considered more of a daring look, the fringe style surprisingly works on several face shapes. Winter is a great season to try out the cut, there’s no need to always pull that hair up; considering the weather is colder and the fact you want to try something new. The bang can be considered a simple accessory, an asset to any outfit. The structured hair brings out those angular cheekbones, and gives a subtle smolder look to those eyes. And don’t fret if you’re not a fan of the big bang. Just simply sweep them to the side to create that effortless messy look!
